Gleeson Properties and London Orbital Developments have signed up SUBWAY as their first tenant on the new Wycombe Trade Park in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, having acquired the site in early 2006.

The development is now completing in January 2008 and provides 8 self-contained high specification trade counter units (B8 with 15% ancillary) ranging from 1,550 to 5,080 sq ft (Units can be combined to provide larger units) in an ideal position 5 minutes drive to the M40 Motorway, and in an easily accessible location on the main distributor road through the premier Cressex Business Park.
