Wycombe Trade Park - Cressex Business Estate

One pre-let unit

Gleeson Properties and London Orbital Developments have signed up SUBWAY as their first tenant on the new Wycombe Trade Park in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, having acquired the site in early 2006.

The development is now completing in January 2008 and provides 8 self-contained high specification trade counter units (B8 with 15% ancillary) ranging from 1,550 to 5,080 sq ft (Units can be combined to provide larger units) in an ideal position 5 minutes drive to the M40 Motorway, and in an easily accessible location on the main distributor road through the premier Cressex Business Park. The unit’s benefit from excellent natural light due to the double glazed, powder-coated aluminium framed doors and windows. A generous yard area provides the park with an open spacious feeling.

Acting on behalf of the developer, Deriaz Slater Commercial in High Wycombe, successfully completed the lease on unit 1 at the Wycombe Trade Park Site. The 1,500 sq ft (140m2) unit will be occupied by SUBWAY one of the largest franchises in the UK.

 At present a further 2 units are under offer, the remaining 5 units are attracting a high level of interest and we are expecting full occupation by Spring.
