We will arrange and accompany tours of the shortlisted properties, advising on the suitability of each premises and how they may meet your short and long term business needs.

Probably the most value added feature is that we will negotiate the most beneficial terms on behalf of you, our client. Many of our clients have enjoyed both significant financial savings and preferential lease terms using this service.

We also liaise with the solicitors and arrange the necessary surveys to ensure a smooth transaction. We will liaise with fit out companies to advise on space planning and costings ensuring your move is timely and within budget.
