Kildare House, Wildmere Industrial Estate, Banbury.
Clients relocated from High Wycombe to Banbury.
Banbury was highlighted by Deriaz Slater as a cost effective location and suitable for the Omegaflex distribution network.
- Particular attention was given to the electric supply required for the operation.
- Deriaz Slater organised a full building survey, arranging necessary 'cherry picker' for survey of roof. An environmental report was also conducted.
Deriaz Slater negotiated for the premises to be fully opened up to give clear span space with internal mezzanine offices removed.
