Thames Valley, 18 June 2007 Deriaz Slater Commercial has successfully acquired 95,559 sq ft of office space at Discovery Place, Farnborough on behalfofICM Business Continuity Services PLC, a leading provider of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
The 5-year-old building will be used as a new regional business continuity centre by ICM, in order to offer localised replacement work area and IT facilities to major customers in the immediate and surrounding areas as well as City based clients seeking secure out of London facilities that combat wide-area incidents. The current leasewhich runs until 2016 at a passing rent of £2,204,659 pa was assigned with an undisclosed premium being paid to ICM.
