News![]() 25,000 sqft premises acquired for TSI Instruments Ltd in High WycombeStirling House, a 25,000 sqft warehouse unit with 30% office content has been acquired by Deriaz Slater Commercial on behalf of their clients TSI Instruments Ltd. Stirling House is located on Stirling Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe and is a modern unit built by Slough Estates in 1999. Good dedicated parking / yard and also a high office content made the unit ideal for the companies requirements. Deriaz Slater Commercial also bought to the table, Advanced Interiors, the fit-out contractors, who have undertaken all the necessary refurbishment works and mezzanine to the premises. Deriaz Slater Commercial were instructed by TSI Instruments to find a suitable premises for them and to then negotiate favourable rent and terms in TSI’s favour. The agents also oversaw the legal process to keep matters progressing between the solicitors.
