Retail Demand Remains Strong
Over the past 6 months we have seen a substantial increase in activity in the retail sector in Marlow. Where there was once a choice of empty retail units, there is now very little. The retailers are once again keen to come into Marlow and as a result we have had an increased number of enquiries for Marlow and for the High Street in particular.
Lettings that we have been involved with towards the latter part of 2009 have helped in improving the quality and appearance of Marlow’s High Street.
We were jointly involved in the letting of 24 High Street to J M Wellington Jewellers, we let 43 High St to Francis & Francis Estate Agents, 69 High Street to British Heart Foundation and 77 High Street to Café Copia, all within the space of a few months.
