Telegenic Ltd Have Expanded
Telegenic Ltd have expanded and taken on further space at The Merlin Centre in Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe.
Telegenic have been occupying unit 4 Merlin Centre but have outgrown their facilities due to the expansion of the HD TV (High Definition) requirement in their outside broadcast equipment, when recording Premiership and International football matches along with the Guinness Premier League rugby.
Deriaz Slater have arranged an extension to their existing lease at unit 4 (15,500 sq ft) and also a new 10 year lease on unit 8 Merlin Centre (10,928 sq ft), which was recently fully refurbished and only on the market for 6 weeks until Telegenic took the unit. Unit 8 is conveniently located opposite their current unit.
Martin Somers at Deriaz Slater had previously acquired 10,000 sqft temporary space for them on the outskirts of Oxford but now having the units close by offers some useful efficiencies for the company.
Deriaz Slater acted on behalf on 'Aberdeen Asset Management' in the letting to Telegenic Ltd.
Martin Somers said: It is good to be able to keep Telegenic Ltd at the Merlin Centre, being a top quality tenant and allowing them the expansion space they need for the future growth in their HD TV business.
