Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Community & Business Excellence Awards 2008

Deriaz Slater Commercial were finalists in the Marketing Innovation Award category (sponsored by The Chartered Institute of Marketing).  Paul Deriaz and Martin Somers picked up the award at the ceremony at Ascot Racecourse on the 20th November 2008.

The award was recognising and rewarding innovation, excellence and success in marketing.  The judges looked for creativity and a clearly expressed results led marketing strategy that achieved measurable results.

Deriaz Slater undertook a complete reworking of a software package to give a bespoke and tailored package and website to provide first class service to both occupiers and landlords. 

The results were quickly seen over the first 6 months of the system going live:

96% increase in our registered occupiers list since going ‘live’.

162 viewings since system ‘live’ – a significant increase

77.50% of occupiers surveyed rated the improvements to our system as ‘good’ or ‘extremely good’.

77.00% of occupiers surveyed rated our information compared to what they receive from other agents as ‘better’ or ‘much better’
