City Offices acquired for clients HCL

EC3 offices overlooking London Bridge have been acquired for HCL Technologies Ltd.

68 King William Street offers a period style exterior with a fully refurbished grade A office fit out on the interior.

The offices are in a prominent location at the junction of King William Street and Gracechurch Street, overlooking London Bridge and located close to the Monument, built to commemorate the Great Fire of London in 1666, and directly above Monument tube station.

Deriaz Slater Commercial were the commercial agents acting on behalf of HCL Technologies Ltd to find and acquire suitable offices within the EC2 / EC3 area and, importantly, close to one of HCL’s main clients, Deutsche bank.

HCL Technologies Ltd has taken the whole of the 7th floor totalling 7,312 sqft, which has been fully refurbished to grade A standard. The company has relocated from both 80 Bishopsgate and Tower 42.
