Paul Deriaz – BA MRTPI

Paul founded the practice in 1985. He is a chartered town planner and has gained experience in a property development company. He has built relationships with many local and international companies establishing the respect of developers and investors across the whole spectrum of property ownership. Paul deals with acquisition and disposal of commercial property, investment sales / acquisitions, property planning consultancy & property development consultancy.
