Michael Darroch

Michael Darroch joined the Deriaz Slater in 2008 - specialise on providing professional services including property valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.  He holds an honours degree in Land Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He has previously gained experience working in the West End for one of the ‘big four’ global real estate advisors, where he was responsible for the valuing a £1bn industrial portfolio and properties in a £3bn Shopping Centre fund.  He has also valued some of the UK’s major office and education portfolios; prime retail on Regent Street, London; and appraised major mixed-use developments.

Michael has also worked for a dominant property investment and development company, concentrating on the asset enhancement of a significant Shopping Centre holding.
